Cookies are small text files that a site saves on your device to make it work or to recognize you from one page to the next. On this site we use only necessary technical cookies: those indispensable to the operation and security of the private area. We do not use profiling, advertising or statistics cookies, nor third-party tracking tools. The visit statistics we use work without cookies and without identifying you (aggregate and pseudonymized data): the details are in the privacy policy.

1. The cookies we use

These cookies are set only when you log in to the private area (client area or administration area), not during a simple visit to the site's public pages.

These are first-party cookies (set by joliestudio.it), with the HttpOnly attribute and, over HTTPS, Secure: they cannot be read by scripts and are not used to follow you around as you browse.

Browser local storage. To remember that you have closed the cookie notice and to make the private area work, the site uses the browser's local storage (localStorage). It is not a cookie, it stays on your device and is not used to track you.

2. Consent: why there is no choice banner

Necessary technical cookies do not require your prior consent (art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Guidelines of the Garante). That is why you will not find a banner with “Accept” or “Reject”: there is nothing to accept, because we do not use cookies that require consent. The visit statistics we use are also without cookies and do not identify you (aggregate and pseudonymized data), so they do not require consent. If in the future we were to add marketing or profiling tools, we would update this page and ask for your consent before activating them.

3. How to manage or delete cookies

You can still check or delete cookies from your browser settings. Keep in mind that disabling technical cookies may prevent access to the private area.
